Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your purchase and use of digital FiveM-compatible resources from this store. By completing a purchase you agree to these terms and to the Tebex checkout terms.
1. The store
This store sells premium digital FiveM-compatible scripts and resources. Purchases and payments are processed and fulfilled through Tebex, our payment provider.
2. Digital products & licence
All products are digital goods delivered electronically. Unless stated otherwise on the product page, a purchase grants you a licence to use the resource on your own FiveM server(s). Re-selling, redistributing, leaking or sharing the source is strictly prohibited.
3. Payments
Payments are handled securely by Tebex. We never receive or store your card or payment details. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
4. Delivery
Delivery is automatic and instant. As soon as your payment is confirmed by Tebex, your resource is unlocked and delivered to your account.
5. Refunds
Because the products are digital and delivered immediately, all sales are final once the product has been delivered, except where a refund is required by applicable law. If something is wrong with your order, contact us on Discord and we will help.
6. Support & updates
Support and lifetime updates are provided through our Discord community for the products you purchase.
7. Liability
Products are provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use a product.
8. Trademarks & game content
This is an independent store selling FiveM-compatible resources. It is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored or approved by Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., Rockstar Games, Cfx.re or FiveM. Grand Theft Auto, GTA V, FiveM, Cfx.re and all related names, logos, locations, map data, models and other game assets are trademarks and/or copyrighted works of Take-Two Interactive and its subsidiaries and remain their property; we claim no rights in them. We do not sell, license or transfer any of that content, and no part of any price is charged for it: you pay only for our own work — the scripts and code we write, their configuration, support and updates. To use our products you need your own legitimate copy of GTA V and FiveM. Rights holders can reach us through our Discord and we will review any notice promptly.
